This video clip is from the well known Gandhi Katha series of lectures
delivered by Sri Narayanbhai Desai, a Gandhian - son of Sri Mahadev
Desai (long time Secretary to Mahatma Gandhi). The lectures were
delivered over 5 days at the Swadhinata Sangramee Maidan in
Bhubaneswar last year in the month of May. The lectures drew crowds of
thousands each evening to listen to the life story of Gandhiji and the
lessons they hold for the problems we face today. The lectures were
organised by Odisha Shanti Sadvabana Abhiyan (OSSA) - a coalition of
civil society organisations which worked towards establising peace and
communal harmony in the aftermath the violence in the Kandhamal
district. AID India supported this effort and was a part of the
