I am an Indian citizen and under the Right to Information Act 2005, I will like to know the following information:

1. Please provide a copy of all communication between Ministry of External affairs and Indian Embassy in Washington DC on the issue relating to Bhopal Gas tragedy starting 1984 to date.

2. Was there a request from Indian Government to the US government requesting extradition of US citizen Warren Anderson as one of the accused in criminal case relating to Bhopal gas tragedy in Indian court? Please provide copy of any relating documents, communications in all forms, which was sent to Embassy or where Embassy is copied on.

3. What are the steps taken by Indian Embassy to extradite Warren Anderson? Please provide date-wise actions taken on the process?

4. Did US government respond to the extradition request from Indian Government or Embassy? Please provide all copies of communication and other documents related to this.

5. Please provide copies of all meeting minutes and notes of discussion on the topic of Bhopal gas disaster and rehabilitation between Indian Ambassador and visiting Indian ministers or Government officials.

6. Please provide all communication between Indian ambassador or other Indian embassy officials with DOW Chemicals CEO or other executives.
